Cayenne Pepper
Directions:
Just like peppers can be spicy or mild, this pattern has two variants: Instructions marked with represent the easy variant, with simpler instructions and less text to read. Instructions marked with represent the more complicated instructions. Read the pattern carefully and decide which variant to follow. At the beginning of every part of the pattern, special instructions will be given for easy and hard variant. The pattern comes in 2 sizes: small and medium. If you usually knit your socks with 64 stitches in the round, follow the instructions for the small sock. If you usually knit socks with 72 stitches, follow the instructions for the medium sock. These (additional) instructions are written in square brackets and marked green. I am intentionally not giving gauge because we all have our favourite sock size. If you desperately need gauge in order to knit these socks, ask in forums and I will measure it. You will need approximately 100 grams of sock yarn.
