Piccadilly Collection Phoebe Lacy Cabled Cowl
by Donna Brooks

Phoebe is a simple, yet slightly different take on the basic cable. She starts off The Piccadilly Collection of cowls, scarves and wraps by setting this cabled theme. Phoebe has repetitive columns of lace cables and 2x2 ribbing at the top and bottom. Her lace cables are carried throughout the Collection. Choose any number of repeats to change Phoebe's look— from a short, small collar to a wider or longer cowl.
