Knock your socks off sweater

I found some fabulous sock yarn I decided would make a great sweater, but got very frustrated trying to find a pattern that would work for such thin yarn. I guess people think you're crazy if you want to knit a whole adult sweater in sock yarn. But I know this pattern would work for all the fun self patterning sock yarns out there. I found an old sweater pattern from about the 1930s (but they sure didn't make patterns easy to read back then) and based this one on that. Note: this is a basic sweater and you can easily design your own neck shape for this -v, crew, boat, squareetc.
