Sew a button on each side of the front at the shoulder to correspond with the buttonholes of the back shoulders.(This is where you can make adjustments for a neat fit around the neck ) Make the stars and stripes dress exactly the same as the Monochrome Dress but instead of working the bodice in black in moss stitch, work it in garter stitch stripes using the red and white alternately.
