INSTRUCTIONS:
With Main Color (MC) cast on 52 stitches and space them out over 3 dpns. Knit cuff: K2, P2 around for 16 rows. Knit 2 rows plain stockinette stitch in MC
In the beginning God (Alef Tav) created the heavens and the earth Beresheit 1:1 (Genesis 1:1)
:Ynxn nxI D'Un nx D'n7x x n'Uix ...They shall look upon Alef Tav whom they have pierced... Z'kharyah 12:10 (Zechariah12:10) ... In7TnUx n '7x IUnI To remind me that Yeshua (Jesus) is Alef Tav, The Alpha & Omega, the First and the Last, all that I will ever need! You will now start the right mitt using your MC and CC. Follow the charts from right to left and knit the pattern around. Make sure not to knit tightly and where you have more than three stitches of one color, use whichever method you like to twist the yarn so that you don't carry a long float inside the mitt. Knit following the chart for the right mitt up to row 19. On row 19 you will start your thumb gusset. Knit up to the middle (blue dashed line and right after stitch #26). Place marker, M1, Place marker, continue knitting around following the chart to the end of row 19. ROW 20 - Knit following the chart up to the first marker, knit the stitch, slip the marker and finish row 20 following the chart. Row 21: Knit following the chart up to the thumb gusset marker, slip the marker, M1, K1, M1, slip marker and continue knitting the chart for row 21. \*\* When knitting the thumb gusset - you will M1 just after the first marker, knit to the 2nd marker in checkered pattern, M1 just before the 2"d marker and finish out the row following the chart. On every row after you have increased 2 sts between the thumb gusset markers - you will just knit the thumb gusset stitches in checker pattern across. Work the thumb gusset until you have 17 stitched between the thumb gusset markers. Then knit one more row. You should be up to row #35 now. \*\* NOTE - when knitting in your MC only carry the CC yarn up inside the mitt twisting the two so as not to have a long vertical float up inside your mitt - I usually twist the two every two rows. ROW #36: Resume knitting with both colors following the pattern. Knit up to your first thumb marker and remove it. Place the 17 thumb stitches on a small marker or waste yarn (to be picked up later). Continue knitting row 36 in the chart pattern around.

After knitting row #42, using the CC only, knit a K2, P2 rib for 7 more rows. Bind off in pattern loosely. Slip the 17 thumb stitches on a needle. Attach your Main Color yarn and knit the 17 thumb stitches (dividing on 3 needles as you go along). Pick up 2 more stitches on your 3?d needle and knit around 1 row. Knit 7 more rows and bind off loosely. Weave in your ends. FOR THE LEFT MITT: You'll cast on 52 sts, K2, P2 for 16 rows, knit two rows plain and begin knitting the chart for the left mitt. Begin the thumb gusset as with the right mitt (on row 19). Follow the same instructions for knitting the thumb gusset. Continue knitting the left mitt same as the right one except you're knitting from the second chart.
