Materials
Yarn: KFI Starlight (25% Polyester, 73% Acrylic, 25% Cupro - 55 yds.) - 1 ball OR Plymouth Eros (100% Nylon - 165 yds) - 1 ball Needles: US 5
Abbreviations
CO: Cast On BO:Bind Off RH: right-hand
Pattern
Cut 14 strips of yarn measuring 75" long for fringe. Set aside. cO 7 sts Work in garter st (knit every row) for 4"
Attaching fringe:
The fringe is attached during the bind off as follows: Place your RH needle into the first st as if to knit. Fold two pieces of fringe in half and place the loops of the folded fringe on the rh needle. Knit these together to complete the first knit stitch. Repeat for next stitch - you now have two sts on the RH needle. Pass the first stitch over the second to bind off your first st. Continue in this manner until all sts are bound off. Sew the CO edge to the BO edge.
