Size 6.0mmUS J or any size needed to obtain correct gauge Notions: Yarn Needle
Finished Measurements:
Each Hexagon measures 6" from point to point Edge stitch count = 60 sts
Abbreviations and Special Stitches:
Bullion (BN#) = YO amount indicated by number following "BN" insert hook into stitch indicated, YO, draw up a loop, YO, pull through all loops on hook, YO, pull through loop to close. Rullion Tutorial
Pattern Notes:
All Rnds are worked on the right side unless otherwise noted. All stitches are worked through both loops unless otherwise noted. Weave in all ends as work progresses. Pattern is written in American Terms.

Santa Fe

Instructions:
With color A, form a magic ring, ch 1, 6 sc in ring, sl st to beginning sc. (6 sc) Rnd 1: Ch 3, (dc, ch 3, sl st) in same st as beginning ch 3, [(sl st, ch 3, dc, ch 3, sl st) in next sc] 5 times, sl st in same st as beginning ch 3, fasten off. (6 petals made) Rnd 2: Join color B with a sc in any dc, (ch 2, sc) in same dc, [ch 4, (sc, ch 2, sc) in next dc] 5 times, ch 4, sl st in beginning sc. (6 ch-4 sps, 6 ch-2 sps) Rnd 3: SI st in next ch 2 sp, ch 1, 3 sc in same sp, [4 sc in next ch4 sp, 3 sc in next ch-2 sp] 5 times, 4 sc in next ch 4 sp, sl st to beginning sc, fasten off. (56 sc around) Rnd 4: Join color C with a sl st in the middle sc of any 3 sc group, ch 5 (as dc, ch 2), dc in same sc, [dc in next 6 sc, point as (dc, ch 2 dc) in next sc] 5 times, dc in next 5 sc, sl st to 3rd chain of beginning ch 5, fasten off. (8 dr ner side nnints as ch 2)

(6 ch-5 sps) Rnd 3: Join color E with a sl st to any ch-5 sp, ch 3 (as dc), 3 dc in same ch-5 sp, [ch 1, 7 dc in next ch-5 sp] 5 times, ch 1, 3 dc in same ch-5 sp1 as beginning ch 3, sl st to top of beginning ch 3, fasten off. (12BN) Rnd 2: Join color A with a sc between any 2 BN, ch 2, sc in same sp, \*ch 1, sc between next 2 BN, ch 1,\*\* (sc, ch 2, sc) between next two BN\* repeat from \* to \* 5 more times ending at \*\* on final repeat, sl st to beginning sc, fasten off.
