separate those 108 bunches into three equal piles of 36 bunches eacl NOTE: The first row of tulle that you knit, will be the bottom row of tulle on your completed project. You will use 1 pile of 36 bunches for this row. The second row of tulle that you knit will be the center row of your tulle. This will be the 2nd pile of 36 tulle bunches. The third row of tulle that you knit will be the ToP row of tulle on your finished tutu - so you might save any "special" tulle for the top row (l.e. patterns, prints, or sparkles).

Flip your Tutu dress inside out so the wrong side will become the right side of the dress (E-wrap "v's" are now the inside side). Tighten all the slip knots on the tulle on all of the three layers. \*\*\* you can add an extra knot with only half of the strip on each bunches. This will secure them without having the bulky feel\*\*\*
