Sewing instructions: (RS is facing you) 1. Arrange the eyes along the top 8 stitches of the mouth so that their tails are to the outside (.) 2. Starting with the Right Eye, whip stitch to the top of the mouth from left to right matching up the next 3 stitches of both, after the 3rd stitch drop tail behind your work 3. Next, take the tail of the Left Eye and whip stitch it to the top of the mouth from right to left, making sure to match up the next 3 stitches of both, after the 3rd stitch drop tail behind yourwork 4. Taking the tail from the right eye again, match up the next 3 inside stitches of both eyes and then sew those together. Knot off toward the back of your work. 5. Finally, take the left eye's tail and, moving right to left, sew into the next stitch of the mouth, then up and between the sewing stitches of the 1st and 2nd stitch of step 4, repeat once more. I usually add one more stitch in the center, from the bottom of the stitches of step 4 to between the 2nd and 3rd stitch. This adds a nice smooth finished look. Knot off toward the back of your work.
