1. B's Monkey Head Applique

Materials: Small Amounts of Red Heart Yarn- Brown- Tan- Black Size G or H hook MonkeyHead: With Brown, ch3, join to form ring, R1: Ch 2, 12hdc inside the ring, join to first hdc (not beg ch2) R2: Ch 2, 2 hdc in next st and 2 hdc in each st around, join to first hdc (not beg ch2) Do NOT Fasten Of...
Ears:
Where you left off on round 2, ch 3, 4 dc in same space as ch 3, sl st in same space as ch 3, sl st ouer the next 12sts. Ch 3, 4dc in same space as ch 3, sl st in same space as ch 3, FO. weaue in Ends.

Face:
With Tan- Ch 3, join to form a ring, ch 2, 4 dc, 1hdc, 3sc, ch2, 3sc, 1 hdc, 5dc, sl st, all inside ring, you should haue a heart shape.

TIP:I weaue in all my beginning tails and leaue the tail created from fastening off for sewing.
Assembly:
Positioning the face (heart) in the lower center of head.Starting in the center of the u shape of the Face (heart) sew to the head around edges of the face (heart). If you run out of yarn, thread more yarn through your needle and knot it at the end, then place needle from back to front, this puts the knot on the wrong side of your work, and continue sewing all the way around the edge. TIP: During this process of sewing the face to the head, you might haue to strech the heart to get it to the desired shape. I pinched both sides of the heart before sewing and pulled them outward to giue it a stretch.

Pupils , Nose and Mouth: WithBlack and yarnneedle, For pupils, seuw in a \* formation in center of each eye. For nose, sew in a \* formation in center of Face. For mouth, starting from right to left, sew in a V formation following the edge of the lower part of face.
Hair:
Cut 3 strands of yarn about 4 inches and fold all 3 in half, insert hook in top center st of head and put hook in the loop that you formed from folding the strands in half, pull through st, and yarn ouer all remaining yarn and pull through loop on hook.
Optional Tail:
With Brown, Ch 25, sl st in 2 ch from hook and in each ch across, FO. Seuw this to your project first placing the end of the tail in a suwirl position, then seuw on the Head on top of the tail slightly to the right of the tail making sure the head is ouerlaping it. That's It! Sew to any project and Enjoy!

2. B's Giraffe Head Applique

Materials: Small amount of worsted weight yarn :Yellow, Black, and Brown
Instructions:
With Yellow, ch 4, sl st to beg ch to form a ring. R1: Ch 2, working ouer beginning tail, 10 Hdc inside ring, sl st to 1s hdc (not the beg ch2) pull remaining tail tight, closing the hole in the middle up. R2: Ch 2, 2 hdc in next hdc and 2 hdc in each of the next hdc's around, join to 1st hdc (not the beg ch 2) R3: Ch 2, 1 hdc in each hdc around, join to 1st hdc (not the beg ch 2) DONOTFO!
Ears:
Rigth Ear: Ch 4, 1 Tr in the same sp as ch 4, ch3, sl st to the top of the tr st you just made, 1 tr in same sp as beg ch 4, ch 4 again, sl st in same sp and sl st in the next 8 sts, Left Ear: Ch 4, 1 Tr in the same sp as ch 4, ch3, sl st to the top of the tr st you just made, 1 tr in same sp as beg ch 4, ch 4 again, sl st in same sp. FO Yellow. \*Weaue in ALL the tails.
Mouth:
With Brown, Ch 4, sl st to beg ch to form a ring. R1: Ch 3, 2 dc, 3 hdc 1 sc, 3 hdc, 2 dc, ch 3, sl st, all inside the ring. (make sure to crochet ouer tail as you go) pull remaining tail in center tight and FO Brown. \*Leaue about a 12 inch tail for sewing. Horns: (Make 2) With Brown, ch 6, 1 sc in 2cnd ch from hook, sl st in each remaining chs. FO. \*Leaue about a 12 inch tail for sewing. Eyes:(Make2)With Black, ch 2, 1 sc in 2cnd ch from hook, FO. \*Leaue about a 12 inch tail for Seuing. Spots: Optional (Make 3) With Brown, ch 2, 1 sc in 2cnd ch from hook, FO. \*Leaue about a 12 inch tail for sewing. Hair: Cut 3 strands of yarn about 4 inches long each. Assembly: Before you start sewing together parts, make sure all the short tails are weaued into the pieces. I Seuw the Mouth (heart shape) to the lower part of Head. Using your thumb and index finger on both sides of mouth, pull to stretch it from one side to the other of the head and begin sewing it to head. . Sew on each eye, just aboue each of the “humps" of the mout 4"h: Attach Hair by folding the strands of yarn into half and insert hook in center st between Horns, then grab the yarn and pull through the loop, like making a slip Stitch. 5"h : Seuw Spots on, one just under the left ear and the other just under the right horm and the last one to just under the right eye.
3. B's Elephant Applique

Materials: Worsted weight yarm (4) Small amounts of: Grey, white and Black Or Colors of your choice. Crochet Hook ( G 4.0 mm) \*For Larger Appliques just go up a size in hooks. Yarn Needle Instructions: Ch 3, Join to form a ring, R1: Ch 2, 10 Hdc inside ring, sl st to 1st hdc (not beg ch 3) R2: Ch 2, 2 hdc in next st and in each st around, sl st to 1st Hdc, (not beg ch 3) DONOTFO. Ears: Right Ear: Ch 3, 2 dc, 3 hdc, all in same space as ch 3, Ch 2, sl st into the top of the last hdc made, 3 dc, 3 hdc, sl st, all in same space as you haue been working in, sl st in next 8 sts. Left Ear: Ch 2, 2 hdc, 3 dc, all in same space as ch 3, Ch 2, sl st into the top of the last hdc made, 3 hdc, 3 dc, sl st, all in same space as you haue been working in. DoNot FO.
Trunk:
Continue where you left off, sl st in the next 5 sts, ch 8, 3 sc in 2cnd ch from hook, sl st in each of the remaining sts back down to beg point, sl st in next st, turn, sl st in each st going back up the trunk. FO. Eyes:Make 2 With white, ch 3, 3 sc in 2cnd ch from hook, sl st to beg ch 3. FO Pupils:Make2 With Black, ch 2, 1 sc in 2cnd ch from hook, FO. \*Leaue about a 12 inch tail for seuwing. Hair: Cut 3 strands of yarn about 4 inches long each.
4. B's Lion Head Applique

Materials : Worsted weight yarm (4) Small amounts of: Brown, Tan, Yellow and Black Or Colors of your choice. Crochet Hook ( H 5.0 mm) \*For Larger orf smaller Appliques just go up or down a size in hooks. Yarn Needle Instructions: Ch 3, Join to form a ring, R1: Ch 2, 10 Hdc inside ring, sl st to 1st hdc (not beg ch 3) R2: Ch 2, 2 hdc in next st and in each st around, sl st to 1st Hdc, (not beg ch 3) R3: Ch 2, hdc in next st and in each st around, sl st to 1st Hdc, (not beg ch 3) DONOTFO. Ears: Right Ear: Continue where you left off, Ch 2, 5 hdc, sl st, all in same sp as ch 2, sl st in next 8sts Left Ear: Ch 2, 5hdc, sl st, all in same sp as ch 2. FO. \*Leaue about a 12 inch tail for Sewing.
Face:
With Tan- Ch 3, join to form a ring, ch 2, 4 dc, 1hdc, 3sc, ch2, 3sc, 1 hdc, 5dc, sl st, all inside ring, you should haue a heart shape. FO. \*Leaue about a 12 inch tail for seuwing.
Maine:
Attach Yellow to any st of Face, Working around the face, \*insert hook in st, yo, pull yarn throug loop, yo, pull through loop on hook and pull up a longer loop, remoue hook\* rep \* to \* putting 2 loops in each st all the way around face, ending with sl st in last St. FO. \*Leaue about a 12 inch tail for seuwing. Muzzle: With Brown, Ch 4, join to form a ring, Ch 2, 7hdc inside ring, join to beg ch 2. FO. \*Leaue about a 12 inch tail for sewing. Sew nose to lower center of head. Once sewn on, cut a strand of Black and sew 2 lines one on top of the other real close together to make the little nose, then use the same yarn on needle and stitch a line from top to bottom in the center of Muzzle. (see photo aboue) Optionalwhiskers: Cut small strands of yarn and add to either side of muzzle.
Eyes: Make 2
Cut about an 12 inch strand of Black, Tie a knot at the end, sew in a (star \*) pattern, just aboue either side of nose.
Optional Tail:
With Brown, Ch 25, sl st in 2 ch from hook and in each ch across, FO. With Yellow, Cut 3 strands of yarn about 4 inchesand fold all 3 in half, insert hook in center st of the end of tail and put hook in the loop that you formed from folding the strands in half, pull through st, and yam ouer all remaining yarn and pull through loop on hook, to make the strand fuzzy, take your yarn needle and pullit through the center of each strand. Sew this to your project first, then sew on the Head on top of the tail slightly to the right of the tail making sure the head is ouerlaping it.
5. B's Panda Head Applique

Materials : Worsted weight yarm (4) Small amounts of: white and Black Or Colors of your choice. \*You could use fun fir yarn in white for face. Crochet Hook ( G 4.0 mm) \*For Larger Appliques just go up a size in hooks. Yarn Needle Instructions: Face: With White- Ch 3, join to form a ring, R1: ch 2, 10 Hdc inside ring, sl st to 1st hdc (not beg ch 3) R2: Ch 2, 2 hdc in next st and in each st around, sl st to 1st Hdc, (not beg ch 3) Ears: Attach Black where you left off on round 2, ch 3, Right Ear: 4 dc in same space as ch 3, sl st in same space as ch 3, FO. Weaue in Ends. Do Not Turn: Left Ear: Skip ouer the next 6 sts. Attach Black- Ch 3, 4dc in same space as ch 3, sl st in same space as ch 3. FO. Weaue in Ends.
TIP:
When Fastening Off, Cut yarn leauing about 12 inches, before you remoue your hook, then yo the short tail and the long tail together and pull through the loop on hook. Then weave in all the short tails into the piece and leave the long tail for sewing. Eyes: Make 2 With Black- Ch 4, sl st in 2nd ch from hook, sl st in each of last tuwo chs, FO. Sew to either side of face (see photo for positioning) Nose and Mouth: Nose: With Black- Ch 3, sl st in beg ch to form a circle, FO. Sew in center of Face (see photo for positioning) Mouth: With Black- Stitch a line starting at the center bottom of the nose down to the edge of the face, then make tuwo lines to eiter side of the line to form the curves of the mouth. (see photo)
Hair: Optional!
Cut 2 or 3 strands of Black yarn about 4 inches and fold all 3 in half, insert hook in top center st of head and put hook in the loop that you formed from folding the strands in half, pull through st, and yarn ouer all remaining yarn and pull through looponhook.
6. B's Zebra Head Applique

Materials: Worsted weight yarm (4) Small amounts of: white and Black Or Colors of your choice. \*You could use fun fir yarn in white for face. Crochet Hook ( G 4.0 mm) \*For Larger Appliques just go up a size in hooks. Yarn Needle Instructions: With Black, Ch 3, join to form a ring, R1: ch 2, 1o Hdc inside ring, sl st to 1st hdc (not beg ch 3) R2: Ch 2, 2 hdc in next st and in each st around, sl st to 1s Hdc, (not beg ch 3) Don'tFastenoff! Ears: Right Ear: ch 2, 1 hdc, 1 dc, in same sp as ch 2, FO. Left Ear: count from right ear to left 6sts ouer, attach black yarn to 6th st, ch 2, 1 hdc, I dc, in same sp as ch 2, FO. Weaue in tails.
Stripes:
With white, cut about 12 inches of yarn, starting at the left ear stitch diagnal lines with a space between each line all the way down to the bottom right. \*Put as many Stripes as you would like. Don't Forget to Weaue in your ends. Nose: With white- Ch 4, sl st to beg ch to form a ring. R1: Ch 3, 2 dc, 3 hdc, 1 sc, 3 hdc, 2 dc, ch 3, sl st, all inside the ring. (make sure to crochet ouer tail as you go) pull remaining tail in center tight and FO white. Weaue in short tail and leaue long tail for sewing. With Black- make 2 lines toward the bottom on either side of nose. (see pic for positioning)
Eyes: Make 2
Outside of Eye: With white- Ch 2, 4sc in last ch, (be sure to work ouer beg tail, so you can pull center hole close) join with sl st to beg sc, FO. Inner Eye: With Black- ch 2, 1 sc in 2cnd ch from hook, FO. \*Leaue about a 12 inch tail for sewing. Fo. Weaue in any extra short tails. Sew pupils to each eye, then sew eyes to the top of both sides of nose (see photo forpositioning)
Hair: Optional!
