28's Big Sister 77 - shawlette
by Lynne Ashton This is the last evolution of "28" and is an adaptation of the 4 ply version of the 28 Row Scarf - Short Version

I knitted this shawlette using: YARN: Knitting Goddess 4ply Silk (100gm - 700m per skein). I used 45 gm roughly 315 metres. NEEDLES: 4.0 mm/US 6 - 100cm cable length NOTIONs: A large eyed, blunt tipped tapestry needle GAUGE: Whatever gets you desired the effect. This shawlette wil knit in 3ply/4ply/sock/sport/DK. For Sport and DK use 5 mm needle. Abbreviations: st(s) - stitch(es) P-Purl yO - yarn over P2tog - purl next 2 stitches together CO(p) - cast off loosely purl wise PM - place marker K-Knit kfb- knit into front and back of stitch K2tog - knit next 2 stitches together CO(k) - cast off loosely knit wise 1x1 Rib - K1, P1 SM- slip marker Using a firm cast-on (I used cable, but Long Tail would work too) cast on 130 sts. On all rows knit all first and last sts.
