"Augusta" is a simple Moebius loop, worked in the round. A few testers reported 3.5 oz having been barely enough for this cowl, so they used a matchingcolor for thelast few rounds which also looks quite nice. If you knit loosely, you may opt to work the last eyelet section only 8 rounds deep, or start out with a contrasting color and work thefirst and last garter st section in this contrasting color.

Soak your Moebius loop, press out excess water and block in sections. (Because of the twist, you won't be able to block the whole loop in one sitting.)
