Finished measurement prior to seaming will be approximately 25" long and 17" wide. Measurements will vary based on the stretchiness of the yarn used, and the tension of the knitting.
Directions:
using your favorite provisional cast-on, cast on 27, or an odd number of stitches. row l: Knit 1, \*yarn over, k2tog. Repeat from \* across. row 2 and all remaining rows: Sl 1 as if to knit, \*yo, k2tog. Repeat from \* across. When you have 2-3 yards of yarn remaining, kitchener stitch the last row to your provisional cast-on. The cowl will be about 25" long prior to seaming - make it longer to make it looser, make it shorter to wear it closer to the neck.
