Nibbler really will eat anything, even toilet paper. He will make an amusing addition to your bathroom décor and is a must for all Futurama fans. Construction Notes
Apart from the main body and head, there are several smaller pieces that make up Nibbler's details. You can either assemble him as you go along, or pin a note to each piece so you don't get them mixed up at the end. Where the instructions state to cut yarn and leave a tail, leave enough to sew up the seam afterwards plus a little extra. Use the pictures to help place the details in their correct places. When you are working the coloured section for his bell, use a separate ballof yarn for each block of colour, remembering to twist the two yarns together at each colour change to avoid holes.

Making up
Use ladder stitch throughout. Darn in all loose ends.
Body and Head
Sew seam on body. Sew seam on back of head leaving bottom 6 cm open, and stuf through opening at base. Sew up opening, then stitch head firmly onto body. $$ F e e t,L e g s a n d\sim\Delta a p p y $$ Sew base seam of foot and cut a piece of thin plastic into a circle to fit inside. Add stuffing and sew rest of seam. Roll a little stuffing into a sausage shape and lay along inside of leg piece, then sew leg seam. Sew foot onto leg. Sew shorter edges of long nappy piece together to form a circle. Pin into place on body, positioning seam down centre front. Sew top edge of nappy onto body. Push top of legs through holes in nappy, and sew legs securely onto body. Sew lower edge of nappy onto lower edge of body. Sew nappy front in place, with wider part at the base.
Arms
Roll a little stuffing into a sausage shape and lay along inside of arm, then sew seam. Flatten hand slightly and make two stitches over the end to suggest fingers. Sew arms into place at top of body. Mouth Sew lower mouth oval in place on head. Fold uper mouth oval in half lengthwise and sew edges together, then sew in place over lower mouth. Sew seams on fangs then stitch into place underneath upper lip.
Eyes
Sew eye seam, then place a small ball off stuffing inside, leaving base open. Stitch into place on head. Using black, make 2 or 3 small stitches for pupils. Sew eye socket short edges together to form circle, then fold in half lengthwise to make a donut shape. Stitch edges together, then sew in place around base of eye. Nose Sew nose seam, then add a little stuffing, leaving base open. Sew into place above mouth. Using black, embroider an oval for his nostril.
Eye Stalk on Head
Stuff eyeball and sew seam. Don't put stuffing in stalk, but sew seam to base. Sew eye stalk base short edges together to form a circle, then fold in half lengthwise to form a donut shape. Stitch edges together, then slip ontobase of eye stalk and secure with stithes. Sew stalk and base onto head. cape Drape around Nibbler's shoulders and tie a double knot at front.
