Felted Jack O'Lantern Candy Bowl By Sherry Lisby
MATERIALS
MC (1) skein orange wool (220 yds...I used Cascade 220) CC (1) skein black wool (just enough to do the eyes, nose & mouth) 1 set US #11 double-point needles 16-inch US 11 circular needle Tapestry needle GAUGE Not relevant for this pattern
PATTERN NOTES
You can either duplicate stitch the jack o'lantern face on the bowl once you have completed the knitting of the bowl or you can incorporate it in after you have knit the first three rounds. If you duplicate stitch it using double stranded yarn, the face stands out from the bowl a little. You will need to felt the bowl when it is completed.
PATTERN

ABOUT THEDESIGNER
Sherry Lisby taught herself to knit in January 2008 and hasn't looked back since! Most of her knitting is done on order for friends, family and co-workers, although occasionally she sneaks in a few items for herself or sometimes her cats. She has recently begun designing her own patterns and has also learned how to crochet, spin & weave. She is looking forward to a long love affair with anything related to fiber!
