Potniotic .!....... let
What you'll need:
White, blue and red yarn, circular needles to match your yarn, the ability to felt/have a nearby tailor and some patriotic spirit!

Pattern:
CO 58 in red on circular needles, and follow the chart. Repeate it twice, and
place a stitch marker after the first 29 sts to mark the end of the first-time chart. In the last round cast off purl-wise. You can also knit two parts on straight needles. When finish, block and sew up the bottom. Then Felt, if you don't know how to, give in to a tailor / knit another piece same shape and size only with one color, and attach to the inside of the wallet (wrong side to wrong side).
