Mini Molly Sweater
By Allena Williams This mini sweater would make a wonderful ornament or gift tag. It's a great way to use up your yarn scraps.
Body of sweater
Using your size 5 knitting needles CO 28 sts and join to work in the round. Round 1-14 Knit. 15. K 5, K2tog 16. P 6 17. K 4, K2tog 18.P5 19. K 3. K2tog 20. P 4 21. BO and break yarn. Join yarn at the middle of the front 1. SSK, K5 2. P6 3. SSK, K 4 4. P5 5. SSK, K3 6. P 4 7. BO and break yarn. Join yarn for the back of the sweater 1. K 14 2. P14 3. SSK, K10, K2tog 4. P12 5. SSK, K 8, K2tog 6. P10 7. BO and break yarn Seam the front tops to the back and sew in yarn ends.
Arms
Using your size F Crochet hook and orange start at the bottom of the arm hole. 1. Ch 1, Sc in same space, Sc 10 around Sl st to first sc. (11 sc) 2. Switch to red, Ch 1, sc in same space, Sc 10 around. Sl st to first sc. (11 sc) 3. Ch 1, sc in same space, Sc 10 around Sl st to first sc. (11 sc) 4. Switch to blue, Ch 1, Sc in same space, Sc 9, 2 sc in last st. Sl st to first sc. (12 sc) 5. Switch to yellow Ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), dc 11. Sl st to first dc. (12 dc) 6. Switch to brown. Ch 1, sc in same st, sc 11. Sl st to first sc. (12 sc) 7. Switch to purple Ch 1, sc in same st same st, sc 11. S1 st to first sc. (12 sc) 8. Ch 1, sc in same st, sc 11. Sl st to first sc. (12 sc) 9. Switch to teal. Ch 1, sc in same st, \*sk next st, 3 dc in next st, sc in next st. repeat from \* 2 times, sk next st, 3 dc in next st. Join with a sl st to first sc. Fasten off and sew in ends.
