Pattern Cast on 32 stitches. Knit in Stockinette until piece measures 10 inches long, bind off loosely. With right side of work facing, count 9 stitches from left of bound off edge, pick up and knit 3 stitches. Work three stitches in i-cord until i-cord measures 3 inches long. Repeat procedure from right side of bound off edge, making 3 stitch i-cord. Turn work and repeat i-cords for cast on edge. Weave in ends.
