Simply a Baby Headband

Written in US crocbet terms. Materials: Any WW acrylic Yarn Hook size: H Tapestry Needle

3rd Loop (Back Bump)- Looking at back of the stitch, insert hook under back bump of the st and work the sc as normal (behind two top loops)

Headband Pattern

Foundation: CH to desired size plus 2 chs. (ie Newborn: CH 13"' and 2 more chain stitches.

R1: SS into 3rd CH from hook, HDC in next st, \*SS in next st, HDC in next st\* repeat \*\* to end of row, CH 2, turn. Do not join. R2: SC in 2"d ch from hook in 3rd loop across (see explanation above), finish off To complete headband: Use the top tail to join the top rows to complete the circle,tie off, weave in end.
