The body is knit in one piece vertically, from the right side all the way around. Each gray and white row in the diagram is for four rows or two ridges with MC ridges on gray, CC ridges on white. The first few rows state how to do this. The white rows are just spacers to make it ea sy to read. The sleeves are also knit vertically and have dinosaur tracks on them.
