Phazelia's corded longies
Materials:
Less than 100 grams of fingering weight sock yarn (wool, cotton or bamboo) with 440-460 yards/100 grams. I used 90 grams of cotton sock yarn (Online Supersocke Cotton - 380m /100g) for these longies (pictured in size M). I recommend machine washable yarns for baby garments. 2.5mm/US #1.5 Sizes: The pattern is written for size S / 0-3 months and size M / 3-6 months. Instructions for size S are in parentheses. It's easy to adjust to bigger sizes.
Notes:
The longies are knitted sideways in garter stitch (Knit Right side and knit Wrong side). You knit the longies in one piece and then add garter ridges for the waist.

For the advanced knitters: If you use provisional cast-ons, you can graft together and avoid seams!
