Simple asymmetrical poncho is knit in the round from the top down using stockinette and reverse stockinette stitches. You will need 750 to 1,250 meters DK weight yarn and 4mm round needles. Pictured poncho is size large. Enjoy!

750 meters for size S 850 meters for size M 950 meters for size L 1,100 meters for size XL 1,250 meters for size XXL 4.00 mm circular needles and 3 stitch markers Gauge (stockinette stitch) 22 stitches and 30 rows = 4 inches

Cast on 100/114/130/146/162 stitches. Beginning working in the round (be careful not to twist stitches). Round 1: place stitch marker to mark beginning of round, K to end of round Round 2: Knit Round 3: Knit (if you are making XL or XXL, please knit one round more) Round 4: K44/51/59/66/74, PM, K12/12/12/14/14, PM, K44/51/59/66/74 Round 5: (K to 2 sts before SM, YO, K4, YO) twice, K to end of round Round 6: K to end of round Repeat rounds 5 and 6 another 67/67/69/69/71 times Round 7: (P to 2 sts before SM, YO, K4, YO) twice, P to end of round Round 8: P to end of round Repeat rounds 7 and 8 another 9/9/11/11/12 times ;t off knitwise (loosely).
