What else can we do with just one glove? Make a big mouthed puppet of course.

Skills Required: Knit, Knit in front & back of stitch (kfb), Knit 2 together (k2tog), Purl 2 together (P 2 tog), Bind off (BO). Yarn: small amount of worsted weight yarn of choice. Model stitched in Stitch Nation Washable Ewe“Strawberry'" Recommended needle size: US 4/ 3.5 mm straight or circular needles Notions: Purchased glove, tapestry needle, buttons, eyes, sewing thread & needle, other embellishments as desired. Pattern Notes: Gauge not important for this project, smaller needle used for tightly knit piece.
INSTRUCTIONS
Cast on 10 sts. Row 1: P 2 tog, P 6, P 2 tog: 8 sts. Row 2: K 2 tog, K 4, K 2 tog: 6 sts. BO, purl-wise, leaving yarn tail for sewing.
Top Lip
Cast on 1l sts. Row 1: Purl across. Row 2: K 5, BO 1, K 5: 10 sts. Row 3: Purl the 1st 5 sts, leaving others un-worked but still on needle. Row 4: K 2 tog, K 1, K 2 tog. BO purl-wise. Row 5: attach yarn to end st from remaining 5 sts, and rep rows 3 & 4, BO as in previous.

FINISHING
Using photo as a reference, sew lips to glove using the yarn tail. Do not sew too tightly so as to allow for stretching upon wearing. Sew buttons on for eyes. Thank you for using my pattern.
