Pikachu Finger-poke-Puppet Pattern!

Abbreviations
st: stitch sc: single crochet inc: increase (crochet twice in same stitch) dec: decrease (crochet two stitches together) ch: chain
Materials
· yellow worsted weight yarn · really small amount of red yarn · 3.00 mm crochet hook · craft glue(optional) · tapestry needle · fabric paint
Basic Body
Row 1: 6sc in magic ring (6) Row 2 : inc in each sc around (12) Row 3-7: sc in each sc around (12) sl st in next sc, fasten off and weave in ends.
Ears
Left ear: Insert the hook between rwo 1 and 2(see pictures), join yellow yarn and chain 5, sc in 2nd ch from hook and sc in next 3 ch. Insert the hook between row 2 and 3, do a sl st and fasten off. Weave in ends. For the right ear, do the same, but instead of starting inserting the hook between row 1 and 2, insert it between row 2 and 3.
Tail
Join yellow yarn with Pikachu upside down(see pictures). Row 1: Sc in next 3 st, ch 1, turn; Row2: inc, sc, do not ch1, turn; Row 3: Sc, inc, ch 1 turn; Row 4: Inc, ch 1 turn Row 5: Sc, inc, ch 1, turn
Row 6: Inc, inc, sl st (4) Fastem off, weave in ends.
Finishing
Using black fabric paint, paint the top of the ears of Pikachu. Glue or sew eyes between rows 4 and 5. Using red yarn and a tapestry needle, embroidery 2 red dots for the cheeks.
