Finishing With needle and black thread, sew beads on face for eyes. Cut white fabric into a wide smile, then color on lips with marker. With glue gun, apply mouth to face. With tapestry needle, sew head, arms and legs to body. With needle and blue thread, sew buttons on cardigan. Form roving into a wispy hair style -- this may take a few tries. I made it into two separate pieces, then combed it around in back. Attach the coif to her head with glue gun. Engage your Betty in some serious girl talk!
