Body
Worked in the round on circular needles. C0 120 (130) 140 (150) 160 sts (plus one extra to join the circle) on circular needles 5 mm. Knit PATTERN A and repeat three more times. Knit one round with \*K2, P2tog, K4, P2tog\*, repeat until end. You now have 96 (104) 112 (120) 128 sts. Change to circular needles 5.5 mm and knit PATTERN B to the desired length (up to armpits). End with a KP-row. Cut theyarn.
Sleeves
Worked in the round on double pointed needles 5 mm. C0 28 (28) 30 (32) 34 sts. Knit one round of \*K1, P1\*. Mark the beginning of your round. Then \*K1tbl, P1\* to end of round and repeat until sleeve measures approximately 20 cm. In the next round, inc 1 st in every st by Kf&b. You now have 56 (56) 60 (64) 68 st. Switch to circular needle 5.5 mm 40 cm and continue knitting PATTERN B for about 18-20 cm, end with a KP-row. In the next round, K10, K2tog, K2tog, knit until 14 st left of the round, K2tog, K2tog, K10. Knit 5 more rounds of PATTERN B, ending with a KP-row. Cut the yarn.
Join body and sleeves
On the sleeves, put the first and last 4 (4) 5 (5) 6 sts on a stitch holder or a piece of yarn ( 8 (8) 10 (10) 12 sts in total per sleeve). On the body, slip 20 (22) 23 (25) 26 sts from the beginning of rounds, put the next 8 (8) 10 (10) 12 sts on a stitch holder. Now slip the remaining sts of the sleeve to your body needle. Then slip 40 (44) 46 (50) 52 sts from the body and repeat the procedure for the second sleeve. Slip stitches from the body until you have the first stitch of the sleeve you first inserted on your left and the last stitch on the body on your right. This is now your new beginning of rounds. You should have a total of 168 (176) 184 (200) 208 st on your circular needle. See top view illustration below.

Yoke
With body and sleeves on the same circular needle, continue knitting PATTERN B for 6 rounds. Mark four sts for raglan decrease with a safety pin; the first st and the last st on the sleeve-parts. In the next round decrease 2 sts at each of these 4 points like this: k to one st before safety pin st, sl as to knit, K2tog, psso. This way 3 sts become 1. Move the safety pin up to mark this st. Since the first point is at the start of rounds, this means you have to psso with the last st of the previous round (don't slip the first st here). Continue working PATTERN B while repeating raglan decreases every 2nd round (K-rounds). If you do this correctly, you will decrease 1 sleeve st and one body st at each point every 2nd round. When you've knitted 14 (14) 14 (16) 16 rounds after joining body and sleeves, mark the front midpoint. Knit the next round with raglan decreases and at the same time bind off 6 (6) 7 (8) 8 sts on each side of the front midpoint, i.e. 12 (12) 14 (16) 16 sts in total. This horizontal bind off is the dip of the neckline. Continue knitting until the end of the round and cut the yarn. Slip sts so you can start knitting back and forth from the front neckline. Start with a KP-round knitted facing the inside of the pullover. Continue with PATTERN B, knitting back and forth and continue the raglan decrease. At the same time decrease 1 st in each end on every K-round: Slip st as to knit, sl, k1, psso, knit until 3 st left on needle, k2tog, p1. End every row with p1 and start every row by slip as if to knit to get an even edge. When the neckline decreases and the front raglan decreases eventually cross, continue with the neckline decreases. Work raglan decreases on the back as before. See schematic below. Continue until you have 13 (14) 15 (16) 17 rounds of decreases on your back plus one KP row, i.e. when you've knitted 32 (34) 36 (38) 40 rows after joining body and sleeves.

Collar
Change to circular needle 5.0 and cut the yarn. Pick up st on each side so that you have 78 (78) 80 (88) 90 in total, all the way down to the horizontal edge you first bound off. Now you start knitting back and forth. Knit one P-row (from the outside) while increasing by 16 (16) 14 (16) 14 sts evenly spread, s0 you get 94 (94) 94 (104) 104 sts in total. Use Pf&b for increases. Continue with PATTERN C, starting with Row 1, until the collar measures double the length of your horizontal bind-off. Bind off using a tapestry needle like this: Cut the yarn with a tail that is about 3 times as long as the bind off edge and pull it through the tapestry needle. Put the needle through the first 2 st of the bind off purlwise and then back through the first st knitwise. Pull the yarn through and slip the first st. Continue until last st, pull yarn through.
Assembly
Use grafting to join the loose stitches in the armpits. Fold the collar double and sew it in place in the neckline. Sew the left collar edge together with the horizontal bind off in front, right sides together. Then sew the right one in place behind the left one. This means five layers sewn together, which is very thick, so do it with precision. Weave in ends. Buttons can be sewn on for decoration if desired.
