MATERIALS: Cascade Yarns Hollywood (208 yds per skein) worsted weight yarn 87% superwash wool, 10% acrylic, 3% polyester Color 05 - Purple Bling (125 yds needed for a pair of handwarmers) Crochet Hook H & I or J for the chain row, for more wrist comfort. Removable marker & tapestry needle for weaving in ends. GAUGE: 5 sc = 1" on smaller crochet hook INSTRUCTIONS: With larger crochet hook, slip knot & ch 33. Change to smaller crochet hook & working back & forth in the back loops only, sc in each sc across. (32 sc). Ch 1, turn. ROW 1: Sc in each sc across. Mark this as the Rs. Ch 1, turn. ROW 2: Sc in the next 8 sc, ch 4. Skip 4 sc. Sc in next sc to end. Ch 1, turn. ROW 3: Sc in the next 20 sc, sc in next 4 ch. Sc to end. (32 sc). Ch 1, turn ROW 4: Repeat Row 1 until you have 16 ridges from beginning on the RS. (Approx. 6" across ridges). FINISHING: Cut yarn, leaving approx. a 18" tail & thread tapestry needle. Bring the 2 long ends together with Rs tog & sew along edge. Weave in all ends. Enjoy!
