A tribute to Sarge from the super-cheesy sci-fi show Cleopatra 2525.
You will need:
Size 9/5.5mm straight needles ≥ 110 yards worsted weight yarn in main colour 55 yards worsted weight yarn in contrast colour Tapestry needle Small yarn bobs for winding CC -- not vital, but helpful
Pattern:
CO 18MC, 1CC, 1MC, 1CC, 1MC, 1CC, 18MC Knit two rows in colours as they present themselves. Work colour pattern below, or follow chart at the end: Row 1: Knit: 17MC, 1CC, 1MC, 3CC, 1MC, 1CC, 17MC Row 2: Purl: 16MC, 1CC, 1MC, 5CC, 1MC, 1CC, 16MC Row 3: Knit: 15MC, 1CC, 1MC, 7CC, 1MC, 1CC, 15MC Row 4: Purl: 14MC, 1CC, 1MC, 9CC, 1MC, 1CC, 14MC Row 5: Knit entire row in CC Row 6: Purl: 14MC, 1CC, 1MC, 9CC, 1MC, 1CC, 14MC Row 7: Knit: 15MC, 1CC, 1MC, 7CC, 1MC, 1CC, 15MC Row 8: Purl: 16MC, 1CC, 1MC, 5CC, 1MC, 1CC, 16MC Row 9: Knit: 17MC, 1CC, 1MC, 3CC, 1MC, 1CC, 17MC Row 10: Purl: 18MC, 1CC, 1MC, 1CC, 1MC, 1CC, 18MC Repeat Rows 1-10 three more times. Purl two rows in colours as they present themselves. Bind off. Weave in ends. Sew seams.
