Mrs. Crosby Reticule - 1 skein - 100% Superwash Merino - 840 yards/100 grams US# 3 (3.25mm) 32 inch circular or size for gauge Yarn needle to weave in ends Stainless blocking pins (at least 80) for blocking Stitch markers (at least 4, and more if you choose)

Knit rows 25-36 of Chart A once With right side facing YO. K across the row, Kfb at center (over the center nupp).

Notes
Nupps - Knit into the stitch (leave original stitch on the left-hand needle) make a yarn-over, knit into the same stitch, make a yarn-over, knit into the same stitch, drop the original stitch from your left-hand needle and knit on. You just made five stitches from the one stitch. On the return row, carefully purl the five stitches together being careful you have five stitches before you complete the stitch. Make 3 from 5 - Knit five together leaving original stitches on left-hand needle. Yarn-over and knit the same five stitches together. Drop them from the left-hand needle. You will always work a yarn-over before and after this stitch, the stitch count will remain constant. Only the right side (odd numbered) rows are shown on the charts. Follow the key with care.

Cast-on 67 stitches using a provisional cast-on K2, purl to 2 sts from end, K2 Begin Chart A Knit rows 1-24 a total of seven times Knit rows 25-36 of Chart A once Place stitches on waste yarn . Cut your yarn, leaving a nine inch tail Pick-up 67 stitches from your provisional cast-on With right side facing, knit rows 1-24 of Chart A a total of seven times. YO, pick-up and knit 360 stitches evenly along one long edge of your work. If you look at the garter stitch edge, you will see a “bar"’ and a “"bump." If you pick-up every "bar” and every “bump" you should have the correct number of stitches. YO, pick-up and knit the stitches from your waste yarn, increasing one stitch at the center of the row as above. YO, pick-up and knit 360 stitches along the second long edge, as above. Knit one round, placing a stitch marker before each yarn over from the previous row. Use one unique marker before the first yarn-over, to indicate the beginning of the row. Each yarn-over has become a corner stitch, shown in black On the chart. At beginning of round, slip marker continue as follows. Chart B once, Chart C six times, Chart D once. Slip the second marker. Knit Chart B once, Chart C 30 times and C Chart D once. Slip the third marker. Knit Chart B once, Chart C six times, Chart D once. Slip the fourth marker. Knit Chart B once, Chart C 30 times, Chart D once. This completes one round. Knit one round (round 2), slipping the markers as you knit. Continue as established until 11 rounds have been completed. Purl round 12 Cast-off as follows: Knit two stitches, return them both to the left-hand needle, knit two together. \* Knit one, return two to left-hand needle, knit two together.\* Repeat the section in \* \* until all the stitches have been cast-off. Be sure to work loosely but evenly. Soak in cool water for at least 30 minutes, until the piece is completely wet. Gently press to remove extra water and roll in a towel. Lay flat on a blocking surface and block to dimensions specified. Note the scallops along the edges. Pull each point and pin each point out as you block. Allow to dry completely before removing pins. Weave in ends and enjoy.
