I Love This Yarn; green, red, tan and white, Fuzzy white yarn and Crafters Secret Mongolia Way. Red crochet thread, Starbucks reusable cup. 2 black buttons for eyes and a pink button for nose H hook Chain 32 with green (or as many needed to fit snuggly around cup) join with sl st being careful not to twist ch. Row 1: sc in each ch around, join with sl st, ch 1. Row 2-3: sc in each st around, join with sl st, ch 1. At end of 3rd row change to white ch 1. Row 4: sc in each st around, join with sl st, ch 1. Row 5: sc in BLO in each st around join with sl st, switch to skin color ch 1. Row 6: sc in full st around join with sl st, ch 1. Row 7-12: sc in each st around join with sl st, ch 1. At end of row 12 switch to white ch 1. Row 13: sc in BLO in each st around join with sl st, ch 1. Row 14: sc in blo in each st around join with sl st. Switch to green. Ch 1. Row 32: sc together and f.o. leaving a 10 in ch tail. I took the tail and whipped st the side that I didn't carry yarn change on to match both sides tuck in tails. Go back to row 5 join in back at seam with a sc in flo using fuzzy yarn, sc in each st around join with sl st f.o. tuck in tails. For hair go to row 13 join with tan with sl st ch 7 go down to row 6 join with a sl st around the post, ch 7 join with sl st back in row 13 in next st. Repeat this for 7 more times, chain 6 go down to row 7 join with sl st around post ch 6 join in next st in row 13, ch 5 join with sl st in row 8 around post, ch 5 join with sl st in next st of row 13, ch 3 join with sl st in row 11 ch 3 join with sl st in next st of row 13, ch 3 join with sl st in next st of row 13 repeat for a total of 10 st, making sure you have 11 st left for other side of hair, sl st in 11th st from last ch 3 join with sl st in row 11 ch 3 join with sl st in next st of row 13, ch 5 join with sl st in Row 8 ch 5 join with sl st in next st of row 13, ch 6 join with sl st in row 7 ch 6 join with a sl st in next st of row 13, ch 7 join with sl t 1. ( 2 sc ) Row 3: sc together f.o. leaving a tail. whip st around edges with tail from top tip of ear smoothing edges out a little and folding button edges in towards center and sewing in place to make ear curve attach by ch 3 of sideburns on face on both sides. Attach eyes and nose and sew on mouth. Make a pom pom with attaching bell to the yarn used for tying off the pom prom attach to tip of stocking hat.
