Conner's Cables is a close fitting adult sized hat t can be made smalle or lager by adjusting the gauge, or by adding/subtracting the fller stitches between the cables. The cable pattern is 24 stitches repeated 5times foratotalof 120 stitches ver12 rows. The increases start with the $1^{\mathfrak{s t}}$ stitch in the pattern.

Cast on 5 stitches and join in the round. Place markers at the beginning of the round and between each stitch. The cast on stitches are stitch #1 of the chart for each pattern repeat.

Begin in stocking knit stitch in the contrast color yarn. Increase by knitting into the front and back of the stitch before the marker in every round. Continue until there are 6 stitches between each marker for a total of 30 stitches. Change to the main color and begin pattern, continuing to increase every round before the marker and working the new stitches into the pattern until there are 24 stitches between the markers and a total of 120 stitches. Change to the contrast color for the second 12 row repeat. Change to main color starting with the third repeat. Continue in pattern until the total length is 8 inches. Change to contrast color and knit one round K1,P1. Bind off next row in pattern. Weave in all ends and block if desired.
