NOTIONS
Stitch marker, measuring tape. tapestry needle SIZES 26 (52)" circumference x 6" high Ambiente (a highly patterned merino yarn with incredible bounce) and CoBaSi DK (a wonderful blend of cotton, bamboo, silk, and nylon) join forces in this wonderfully textured cowl that offers the perfect amount of warmth for late winter/early spring outings. The color patterning on Ambiente is obscured by the design characteristics of linen stitch. This pattern is worked in the round and requires basic knitting knowledge, including working in the round, and finishing. For pattern support, contact kkunnecke@kylewilliam.com. NOTE
Once you start working with both colors, youll simply let the non-working color hang while the active color is in use. At the end/beginning of rounds, you might find that twisting the yarns is helpful. Also, snug your stitches up at the start of each round so that the tension is even throughout the work.
PATTERN
With MC, cast on 170 (340) stitches using long tail CO. Join in the round, being careful not to twist. Place marker to indicate beginning of round Round A: \*K1, sl1 WYIB; repeat from \* to EOR. Round B: \*Sl1 WYIB, k1; repeat from \* to EOR. Repeat these two rounds 3 times Round 1: With CC, work round A Round 2: With CC, work round B Round 3: With MC, work round A Round 4: With MC, work round B These 4 round create the pattern. Repeat until work measures 5.75" from CO.

Break CC. Complete work with MC. Work round A and B 2 more times. Bind off with MC. Cut yarn, leaving a 6" tail.
FINISHING
Weave in ends. Soak in a bath of cool water with a little wool wash. Block gently to final measurements.
