Che cookie si3e is about 2" (6cm) uide and 2.5" (6.5cm) high. Despite the choice of yarn si3e, you should adjust the hook si3e to avoid the stuffing from coming out betueen the stitches. In order to make a tight crochet, you may use a hook si3e someuhat smaller to uhat is recommendable for the chosen yarn. Chis pattern is spiral crocheted unless it is stated otheruise. You can start using amagic ring (so there areno holes in the base) or tuo chains, crocheti chain the required stitches according to the piece.

Co make to croun of the tree, split the green ball in tuo using a rou of sc over rounds 7-15. Rnd 1: pickup one stitch from round 7 uhere you wish to start the edge, 1 ch, 1 sc in every rou until the ball is split in tuuo halves. Che last sc uill be back on round 7. Zpple
Make a french knot (see tutorial) using red embroidery yarn or regular thin yarn, one for each apple you like in the top of the tree. You can also use red beads.
Fnishing
·Seu a yarn to the edge of the top, and urap it around your finger making a loop.Make a knot back to the tree, and secure it uith a couple of stitches. from the loop attach the keyring.
