SCALLOPS

Row 1: With G hook and green yarn, attach green to first unworked loop on row 2. Sc in same st as joining, \*skip next loop, 5hdc in next loop, skip next loop,\* repeat from \* to \* across row. Sc in last unworked loop. Fasten off. Repeat row 1 on unworked loops on each row that you worked the BL's in on the body of sweater. Fasten off and tie in ends. Also work a row of scallops in the unworked rnd on each sleeve.

ROSES

Row 1: With G hook and any color that you are going to use for roses, attach to same st as first green st. Sc in same st, \*ch1o, 2sc in $2^{\mathrm{nd}}$ ch from hook, 2sc in next ch, 2hdc in each of the next 3chs, 2dc in each of the next 3chs. Ch1, holding last loop on hook, rolls stitches into a rose, to hold the rose together, make a sc working thru all layers of the rose, ch1, skip the next 6 green dc and make 1sc in the next sc that is in between the scallops, \* repeat from \* to \* across sweater.. Fasten off leaving a very long tail to sew with. Then tack down all the roses as shown in pictures, connecting them to each other. Repeat Row 1 for all the other rows on sweater and and on the sleeves.

NECK SCALLOPS

Rnd1: With RS facing you, attach green to first st, ch2, 1hdc in each of the next 2sts, \*2hdc in next st, 1hdc in each of the next 3sts\* repeat from \* to \* across, ending with 1hdc in each of the last 5hdc.
