If pattern calls for CC twist with MC and continue pattern to 3st before end of row. Drop the yarn used in the center panel, twist the two yarns and complete the last 3st with MC/border yarn. All even (WS) rows: Using MC/border yarn k3. Move yarn to front. Twist opposite and pick up the center panel yarn and continue pattern to last 3 st. Twist with MC, move MC to back and k 3st.

Use buttonholes for placement and attach buttons. Try on the neck warmer and add a snap as needed.
