for Ape
This little Ape is the first in my Doll's-Alphabet. Crochet Pattern ABC-Ape from Andrea Gaida, AkinnaStisu For:Ravelry I prefer Catania from Schachenmayr ( $100\;\%$ 4-ply cotton), but you can use every other yarn you like with a hook in matching size. Note: using different yarn will probably change the size of the finished doll.

Edge of arms
in camel Working in front loops of R 7: insert hook from arm to hand, joinwithsl: (ch, sl) in each st around. Sew arms to body.

Muzzle in light pink
ch 5 R 1 sc in second ch from hook, sc in next 2 chs, 3 sc in next ch working in backside of ch from here on: sc in next 2 chs, 2 sc in last ch $=10$ R2 (2 sc in next st, sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in next st) rep 2 times $=14$ R3 sc in each st around $=14$ Fasten off, leaving long end for sewing. Sew muzzle directly under eyes, stuff lightly before closeing the seem. Embroidermouthwithred andnosewithcamel.
Ears (make 2)
ch 2 R 1 6 sc in second ch from hook $=6$ R2 (sc in next st, 2 sc in next st) rep 3 times $=9$ Fasten off, leaving long end for sewing. Sew ears on R 20 at the side of head.
Finishing
