As pictured below in the diagram, start attaching the pieces by first sewing the front and back to the bottom. You can use the tails left from each piece or attach another piece of yarn to your yarn needle.

tach the side pieces putting the widest part at the bottom of the purs You will then want to pinch the side pieces inward, folding them in half and sewing them together. The pictures below show how I sewed mine just going in and out with my yarn needle.

The pictures below show how your purse should look so far.

From the side.

After all the pieces are sewn together you will want to crochet around the top of the entire bag, skipping the side pieces. So you will be crocheting around only the front and back pieces. Join with a sl in any st, ch 1, sc in the same st and in each st around. Join with a sl in the first sc. Fasten off and weave in ends. (66 SC)
Strap
(you can also adjust the length of the strap by adding more or less sts) Ch69 Row 1 \~ hdc in the 3rd ch from the hook and in each ch across (67 hdc) Rows 2-3 \~ ch 2 (counts as the first hdc), hdc across (67 hdc) Fasten off leaving a long tail. Using your yarn needle sew onto the sides of the purse. You can add your own zipper and lining as you desire. I measured each piece and cut about 1 inch bigger to give some sewing room.
