Ties for bonnet using 1st color
Cut 12 strings that are 54 inches long, divide into two groups of six, fold each group in half and make a slip knot into each of the corner of the hat with the six strings grouped. Then braid each group and tie a knotattheend
Shawl tie with 2nd color
Ch 121 141 fasten off, weave in and out of row 2 on the top of the shawl, meeting both ends in the front of the middle of the shawl and tie a bow. But first attach the tassels to the ends of the tie on each end
Tassels
Wrap 1st color, around your hand 20 times, cut the strings in half, now lay them flat take 2 strings from the pile, use one of them to tie the bundle together in the middle now holding the tie bundle the string all together and take the other string and tie around the center of the group to make the tassel..Attach to the ends of the tie of the shawl,you areallfinished This pattern and all pictures included are property of Daisy Hand Mades.
