Pattern illustration

ch = chain st = stitch sc = single crochet Supplies: 1 Ball each of Lily Sugar & Cream Yarn in white, blue, black, brown, white, red 2 Balls of yellow Optional: peach yarn or thread for "cheeks" Size H hook & Tapestry needle Note: When starting a new row, (after ch 1, turn), when instructed to "sc in first sc" place your first sc in first available space (see first photo below). I mention this because some patterns prefer the next available space. To keep the stitch count even, last sc will be put in the last available space (see second photo)

Teeth:

With white, ch 4; sc in 2nd ch from hook and ea st across. ch 1 turn. Following photo as a guide, stitch eyes, nose & teeth to face. With red yarn (I doubled mine) cross stitch a tie shape. Using black yarn (2 or three strands work best) stitch an outline for mouth, collar, eyelashes, and belt. (Belt is difficult to see in photo and is not necessary. I stitched a "dotted line" around the waist area for a belt) with peach thread I stitched cheeks and freckles. This might not show up in the photo, as it is very light.
