STARRY-EYED WEST\* KNIIS SLOUCH by STEPHEN WEST
Stash bust those yarn scraps with a slouchy hat. Hold a strand of DK weight together with fingering or lace weight to achieve some marled stripes. Seed stitch and marled stripes give the illusion of a woven fabric. Pick a few colors or dozens of scraps and just have some fun! The samples show one color of DK weight (royal blue or black) held together with wool, mohair, alpaca, and silk yarns. Apply little crochet stars and a pom pom tofinish theStarry Eyed Slouch.
