4.00 mmhook Worsted Weight Yarn (Linen, Charcoal , Seaspray Green) Toilet Roll TwoButtons Note: Cover is worked from top down, in continuous spirals. It is sized to fit a quality roll, like Charmin-type Double Roll.
BODY:
1. With linen color, form magic loop and make 6 sc in loop. 2. 2sc inc in each st around (12 sts) 3. (1 sc, 2 sc inc) around (18 sts) 4. (2 sc, 2 sc inc) around (24 sts) 5. (3 sc, 2 sc inc) around (30 sts) 6. (4 sc, 2 sc inc) around (36 sts) 7. (5 sc, 2 sc inc) around (42 sts) 8. (6 sc, 2 sc inc) around (48 sts) 9. (7 sc, 2 sc inc) around (54 sts) 10. (8 sc, 2 sc inc) around (60 sts) 11. Through back loop only, sc around 12. Sc around 13. Sc around 14. Sc around 15. Change to charcoal, sc around 16. Change to green, sc around for 14 rows total, fasten off
MOUTH:
1.Using linen color, chain 13 2. Starting in 2nd chain from hook, sc across to last chain. 3 sc in last chain. 3. Turn work 180 degrees, and sc across the other side of the foundation chain, making 3 sc in last st. 4. Continue to spiral around, increasing with 3 sc in each end st for four rows or desired mouth size. Finish off.
EARS (MAKE TWO):
1. With green color, form magic loop and make 6 sc in loop. 2. 2sc inc in each st around (12 sts) 3. (1 sc, 2 sc inc) around (18 sts) 4. (2 sc, 2 sc inc) around (24 sts) 5. Fold in half and sc edges together. Finish off.
FINISH:
1. Sew mouth on body. 2. Sew ears on body. 3. Sew button eyes on body. 4. Embroider mouth line. Weave in ends.
