Simnia Accessories by Jan Cullen
Simnia Accessories consists of: blanket, hat, mitts and booties making this series of patterns ideal to create gifts for a new baby. Each item in this set has a patterning reminiscent of sea shells. It is a repeat of six stitches and is easy to memorise. Each item is seamless for baby's comfort. The blanket is in several sizes with the larger sizes having the option of garter stripes (waves) running through the shells. Instructions are given for a single colour but if preferred the shells could be knitted in a contrast yarn as seen on the red and grey hat. All samples use yarn by Colour Adventures. Blanket: Seafoam. Mitts & Booties: Lavanda Hats: Glacier; Lavanda; Sour Cherry & Rainy Day
