

- WW yarn - 1/5.5mm Hook - H/5.0 mm Hook - Needle - Scissors - HDC - half double crochet - FHDC - foundation half double crochet - SC - single crochet - CH - chain - BLO - back loop only - ST - stitch - SK - skip - FO - fasten off Notes: \* Ch 2 does not count as a stitch \*Gauge is not important. This pattern is very versatile. You can easily adjust the length by decreasing or increasing in the foundation row. Adjust the size by increasing or decreasing the number of rows you make. \*If you wanted to used a thinner WW like Caron Simply Soft, Work pattern as normal but add 1 more row of HDC before you do the row with the thumb hole (R15). Add an extra row to the top and bottom of the glove. (Make2) With I hook: R1: Make a FHDC of 25, ch 2, turn. (You could also Ch 27, HDC in 3rd ch from hook, HDC to end (25 HDC)) R2 - 14: HDC in BLO across, ch 2, turn. R15: Still working in the BLO HDC in the first 5 sts, ch 5, sk the next 5 sts, HDC the rest of the remaining sts. Turn your work and place edges together. Sl st using the back loop of the one side and front loop of your FHDCs across. When you get to the Ch 5 spot, use the back loop of the chain to sl st in. Lizzy Jade Creations 2014 After stitching both ends together, without fastening off, take the piece and turn it inside out. This will now be the right side of your work.
Change over to the H hook.
SC evenly 2 rows around top of glove. FO. SC evenly 2 rows around thumb hole. FO. SC evenly 3 rows around bottom of glove. FO. Weave in all ends. Add a button for character or a flower. Possibilities are endless! Enjoy!
