To make the sausages:
This pattern uses US terminology ch: chain sc: single crochet increase: 2sc in the same stitch FO: Fasten Off These are worked in the round continuously without joining. Round 1: ch 2, 6sc in 2nd ch from hook (6) Round 2: 2sc in each sc (12) Round 3: (1sc, increase) 6 times (18). Place marker in last stitch of this round. Rounds 4-24: sc in each sc. Stuff sausage firmly. Round 25: (1sc, decrease) 6 times (12) Round 26: decrease 6 times (6). FO leaving a long tail. Stitch opening closed, and weave in ends. Once all sausages are made, sew a button to one end of each sausage. Sew a small loop of yarn to the other end so sausages can be linked together. Enjoy, and sing the song!!
