A simple filet crochetbandeaufor a country nightgown, with a long flared skirt in provence cotton fabric. Very quick to make. Complete chart of the filet crochet top is given for three sizes: S,M,L.
MATERIALS:
· Yarn : Coton Cable 5 - 50 grams (1.76 ounces)= approx 191 yards (175 meters) Weight:100gr Color : cobalt blue Hook : 1.70mm / US 5 Fabric : provence cotton, approx. 160cm x 90cm (63"X35%")

6x7 filet squares = 5cm x 5cm (2"X2")

ASSEMBLY
Work a row of crab st (reverse sc) around the top edge of the bandeau. Assembly the straps (approx.40 cm x 1 cm, 15%" x %" each) by folding 4 stripes of fabric. Sew the straps to the crochet top and seam the two back edges of bandeau as shown in the Top Chart. Make a ribbon by folding a stripe of fabric (approx 150cm x 1cm, 59" x %") and insert it in the edge of the crochet bandeau (see Figure). Seam together the long sides of the skirt. Gather the top edge of the skirt until it has the same width as the crochet top, pin it on the wrong side of the top and sew it. Hem the skirt. Tie the two straps with a bow. Iron gently the skirt and the crochet top.
