Dragon Hands

By Caitlin ffrench Hello! Welcome to a simple fingerless mitt pattern! This was written for a friend that has the nicname Dragon Man. For this pattern I used one ball of Malabrigo Rasta, and a set of 8mm dpn's The gauge is 10 sts and 14 rows in stockinete stitch. · Cast on 18 stitches, and join for working in the round. · Place a marker, so that you know where the start of your round is! · Work in a 1X1 rib for 7 rounds. (This means knit one, purl one, knit one..) · Knit 20 rounds. · Bind of two stitches, and then knit the rest of the stitches in this round. · At the start of the next round, cast on two stitches, and then knit the rest of the stitches in the round. · (You just made the thumb-hole in the last two rounds!! You've done well!) · Knit three rounds! · Work in a 1X1 rib for 7 rounds. · Bind off. . Weave in ends. · Wear your mittens! And go adventure!! And be warm!!
