Bobble Barefoot Sandals

Sizes: 0-6 month 6-12 month Materials: F-hook (3.75mm) Worsted weight yarn in two colors Tapestry Needle
Stitches & Abbreviations:
Ch - chain St-stitch Sl st - slip stitch Sc - single crochet Bobble - work 4dc in same st, leaving 5 loops on the hook by omitting the last step in each dc (pulling yarn through last two loops). Yarn over and draw yarn through all 5 loops. Essentially you are doing a 4 dc decrease in the same stitch.
Gauge:
With F-hook, 1 inch= 5 sc & 5 rows
Notes:
-Crochet over ends when possible. -Do not crochet in to toe loop. -There are instructions for finishing at the very end of the pattern. -When the number is before the st like 2 sc, it means to do two sc in the same st; when the number is after st like sc 2, it means to sc in the next two sts.
Pattern:
0-6 month
Ch 7, sl st to first chain making sure it doesn't twist. Row 1: ch 1, sc 3 times in the ring, turn. (3 sts) Row 2: ch 1, sc, bobble, sc, turn. (3 sts) Row 3: ch 1, 2 sc, sc, 2 sc, turn. (5 sts) Row 4: ch 1, sc, bobble, sc, bobble, sc, turn. (5 sts) Row 5: ch 1, sc, 2 sc, sc, 2 sc, sc, turn. (7 sts) Row 6: ch 1, sc, bobble, sc, bobble, sc, bobble, sc, turn. (7 sts) Row 7: ch 1, sc across, turn. (7 sts) \*Change colors now Row 8: ch 1, sc across, turn. (7 sts)
6-12 month
Ch 9, sl st to first chain making sure it doesn't twist. Row 1: ch 1, sc 3 times in the ring, turn. (3 sts) Row 2: ch 1, sc, bobble, sc, turn. (3 sts) Row 3: ch 1, 2 sc, sc, 2 sc, turn. (5 sts) Row 4: ch 1, sc, bobble, sc, bobble, sc, turn. (5 sts) Row 5: ch 1, sc, 2 sc, sc, 2 sc, sc, turn. (7 sts) Row 6: ch 1, sc, bobble, sc, bobble, sc, bobble, sc, turn. (7 sts) Row 7: ch 1, sc 2, 2 sc, sc, 2 sc, sc 2, turn. (9 sts) Row 8: ch 1, sc, bobble, sc, bobble, sc, bobble, sc, bobble, sc (9 sts) \*Change colors now Row 9: ch 1, sc across, turn. (9 sts)
Finishing:
Option 1: (pictured at top of pattern) chain 16 and sl st to opposite side of top, sc evenly down side, 2 sc in last st of side, 2 sc in middle st from row 1 (do not crochet around toe loop), 2 sc in first st from other side, sc evenly up other side, sl st to last st of row8/9. Option 2: (pictured below) chain 36, sl st down 35 chains and last st of row 8/9, sc evenly down side, 2 sc in last st of side, 2 sc in middle st from row 1 (do not crochet around toe loop), 2 sc in first st from other side, sc evenly up other side, chain 36, sl st down 35 chains and then to last st of row 8/9.
