Round 1 (ROUND 21 Front Loops)
Using color 'Ocean' and 3 mm hook. Ss to join new thread at back of dress into fl of round 21. \* Ch 4, dc in same st, \* sk next st, vst in next st\* repeat from \* to \* around. SS into beg ch 3 of ch 4 to join. Turn. Ch 3. Ss into bottom of next vst,
Round 2:
5 dc up same vst post, ch 1, 5 dc down left post of same vst. \*ss in bottom of next vst, 5 dc up next vst post, ch 1, 5 dc down left side vst post (of same vst)\*Repeat from \* to \* around. Att end ss into bottom right side of first 'Leaf' and into bottom of next vst. Fasten Off.
NEXT Round of Leaves
Using Color 'Ocean' and 3mm hook. Repeat Last 2 Rounds except this time on Round 25 Front Loops.
Underskirt
(working this round in back loops of Round 24 Only)
Using Color 'Ocean' and 3mm hook. Ss into bl (of Round 24) at back of dress to join. Ch 4. Dc in same st. \*Vst in next st, sk next st\* Repeat from \* to \* around. Ss into ch3 of beg ch 4 to join.
Round 2:
Ss into next vst sp. Do not turn. Ch 4, dc in same sp. \* (Vst, ch 1, vst) all in next vst sp, vst in next vst sp.\* Repeat from \* to \* around.Ss into ch 3 of beg ch 4 to join.
Rounds 3 - 5:
Ss into next vst sp. Do not turn. Ch 4, dc in same sp. \* (Vst, ch 1, vst) all in next ch sp between 2 vst cluster, vst in next vst sp.\* Repeat from \* to \* around.Ss into ch 3 of beg ch 4 to join.
Round 6:
