Leave about three inches of yarn hanging (do not weave in) and unravel for tassel. Repeat for other ear flap with 1o stitches of cast on edge in between the end of one ear flap and the start of the next.

Finishing

Make a haphazard pompom using all three colors of yarn and secure to top of hat. Jayne's mom's wasn't perfect and yours shouldn't be either. Weave in ends and wear with confidence.
