Photo and Crochet by Pumpkin and Peanuts Boutique assy eash (cBelt or ecarf) Pattern By Ccreatins By Valorie Materials: Chunky (5) weight yarn (I used Yarn Bee Whimsy Bulky) K (6.5 mm) crochet hook Yarn needle for weaving in ends Abbreviations: Ch chain dc double crochet Special stitches crossed doubled (Xdc): \*skip stitch, work double crochet in to next stitch, work double crochet into previous stitch Ch (# according to size desired) Row 1: dc into 5th ch from hook, dc into previous chain, Xdc across, dc in last ch, turn Row 2: ch1, \*sc in first dc, hdc between the two Xdc, repeat from \* across ending with sc in last 2 stitches, turn Row 3: ch 3, Xdc across, dc in ch1 from prev row. Fasten off. Weave in ends. Fastener: You can use whatever fastener you would like; or make it longer than needed and tie as a sash. I used a crocheted loop, but added a large button. For loop and button: add yarn into one end in the sc (ch1) from row 2, ch 3, sl to join in same stitch, fasten off and weave in. Attach button into opposite stitch in row 2.
